For clients in Douala, Cameroon, payment is on delivery. Expect a call from our customer service team, with same-day or 24-48 hour delivery. For clients outside Douala, Cameroon, payment is made upfront, with delivery within 48-76 hours.

If a product doesn’t match our online description, clients have 24 hours to inspect and report any issues. Returns within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.
